ADA ACCOMMODATIONS & ACCESSIBILITY

OVERTURE HALL
Overture Center for the Arts and Overture Hall are fully accessible to persons with mobility, hearing or visual impairments. Overture services include ticket and information services, wheelchair loan and accommodation, seating for the visual and hearing impaired, sign language interpretation, assistive listening devices and guide-dog and parking accommodation. Please call Overture at 608.258.4452, TTY/Textnet 1.866.704.2328, or email accessibility@overturecenter.com for more information.

WHEELCHAIRS & ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Wheelchair seating is available in Orchestra Front, Circle Rear and Mezzanine Rear (sections 1, 8 and 11 on the seating map). Accessible locations are reserved for use by patrons with disabilities, but may be released for general sale when all other locations are sold. If you are planning on transferring to a theater seat from a wheelchair or mobility device, please inform the Overture Box Office when ordering your tickets so they may seat you in an appropriate and safe location.

LARGE-PRINT & BRAILLE PROGRAMS
Large-print programs are available at the MSO's Patron Courtesy Table in the lobby of Overture Hall prior to all concerts. Call the MSO Office at 608.257.3734 at least two weeks before the performance to request a Braille Program.

ASSISTIVE-LISTENING DEVICES
Assistive-listening headsets are available at every performance: just ask an usher.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Be sure to contact Overture Center for more information on parking accommodations for Overture Hall. Both city-operated parking ramps closest to Overture Center have elevator access, marked stalls for persons with disabilities and are open when major events occur at Overture Center. Metered parking spaces are also available on the street. Vehicles with DIS hang tags or plates may park at no charge at parking meters which are one-half hour or longer in duration. Many Madison Metro bus lines travel State Street. Bus stops are located near the Overture Center's entrances. Visit the City of Madison's website for more information.
