Produced by Marvin Nonn, The Overture Concert Organ: A Sound Spectacular is the MSO's third release on the ION label. The CD features MSO organist and curator Samuel Hutchison in solo performances of some of the most beloved repertoire for the instrument.

"We selected these works to delight both organ enthusiasts and casual listeners, with selections from Bach, Mozart and Handel as well as lesser-known composers," Hutchison said. Take home a cast of hundreds! A Madison Christmas, the MSO's second release on the ION label, is a one-hour compilation of highlights from past Christmas Spectacular celebrations under the baton of Maestro John DeMain.

Selections range from the traditional to the contemporary, and from the sacred to the utterly playful. Guest artists include the Madison Symphony Chorus, Madison Youth Choirs, the Madison Area Concert Handbells and a variety of acclaimed vocal soloists.
