UNPAID INTERNSHIPS
We are currently accepting applications for an unpaid internship in our Education and Community Engagement Department. Internships with the MSO are valuable for anyone wanting on-the-job training in arts administration, marketing, management, development or education and community engagement.
CHORUS AUDITIONS
New members to the Madison Symphony Chorus are always welcome. For more information, click here.

ORCHESTRA AUDITIONS
The MSO is a fully orchestrated, professional ensemble comprised of 91 contracted, per-service musicians, offering approximately 80 services per season.

The Madison Symphony announces auditions for the 2015-16 season. If you would like to audition, please email a cover letter and one-page resume including your instrument to MSO Personnel Manager Alexis Carreon at acarreon@madisonsymphony.org.

SECTION VIOLA
WED SEPT 9 - PRELIMINARY AND FINAL ROUNDS

Two regular positions are available.

SECTION VIOLIN
THURS SEPT 10 - PRELIMINARY ROUND
FRI SEPT 11 - PRELIMINARY AND FINAL ROUNDS


Two regular positions are available with one in the first violins and one in the second violins. Five one-year positions are available, all in the first violins. One-year positions may change into permanent/regular positions.

PERCUSSION III
SAT SEPT 12 - PRELIMINARY AND FINAL ROUNDS

One regular position is available.

If a current member of the MSO wins a new position, these auditions may be used to fill the resulting opening.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
