PLANNED GIVING:
STRADIVARIUS SOCIETY

"Music is enough for a lifetime, but a lifetime isn't enough for music."
- Sergei Rachmaninoff

The Stradivarius Society, the MSO's new planned giving circle of friends, is welcoming charter members. All planned gifts qualify for membership in the Stradivarius Society.

The Gift of a Lifetime
Create a legacy of great music in Madison with a planned or deferred gift to the Madison Symphony Orchestra. It's been called the "ultimate gift": A planned or deferred benefice is often the culmination of a lifetime of philanthropy. Thoughtfully considered estate planning can put significant giving within reach of individuals who might not think it otherwise possible. And it's surprising to some that the far-reaching consequences of such giving can transform the destiny of a favored institution, matching the outcome of the gift to the philanthropic aims of the donor. In almost no other way can we express so powerfully the ideals and passions that bind us to truly special causes.

Here's What Your Planned Gift Can Do
The opening of the MSO's home in Overture Hall heralded a new era of music-making in south-central Wisconsin. Planned gifts to the endowment support key MSO initiatives by:
Endowing the podium and ensuring an artistic director of superior ability for generations

Retaining talented musicians by naming a Symphony chair

Supporting Up Close & Musical, a nationally recognized school-based education program

Endowing the HeartStrings quartet, dedicated to improving the quality of life for special needs children and adults through interactive performance

Contributing to the preservation of our history and acquisitions through the music library

With your help, the legacy of the MSO's music and educational programs will continue to serve our community for generations. For more information, or to make a planned gift, please call the MSO Development Office at 608.257.3734.
