Administrative Positions

Part-Time Order Processing Associate

The Madison Symphony Orchestra is seeking a part-time Order Processing Assistant with strong clerical and customer service skills to join our team as we open subscriptions for our 2024-2025 season. This role is 20 hours per week and based on-site in downtown Madison through June 30, 2024. Read the full job description.

Internships

Summer Digital Marketing Intern

The Madison Symphony Orchestra is offering an unpaid internship, 12 hours/week, for current or incoming college students with a strong interest in digital marketing, and/or the field of arts administration. Interns can expect to leave with new knowledge, writing and graphic design samples, connections for future networking, and a reference from a professional work environment. Orchestra Auditions

The MSO is a fully orchestrated, part time professional ensemble comprised of 91 contracted, per-service musicians, offering approximately 80 services per season.

Employment to begin September 2024, or earliest mutually agreed upon date.
If a current member of the MSO wins a new position, these auditions may be used to fill the resulting opening.

Madison Symphony Chorus Auditions
