Seating Change Requests
Subscription seating change requests are addressed after the renewal period, which ends on May 10, 2018. Changes and upgrades are dependent on unrenewed seats of other subscribers; therefore, it is not always possible to accommodate your change requests. Changes are handled in order of your priority as determined by your past subscription, and your donation and volunteer investment in the Symphony. To maintain this priority, you must renew your subscription by May 10, 2018. See our Priority Seating Procedures for full details.
Your payment will be processed upon receipt of your order. This does not guarantee your first choice of seating. If you request seating that we are unable to accommodate due to lack of availability, you are guaranteed your current seats and a refund of the cost difference, if any. You will receive a confirmation of your order, once we receive it, and your tickets and Subscriber Welcome Kit will be mailed in early August.
There are no refunds on ticket orders. However, you may exchange subscription tickets for another performance in the 2018–2019 season, up to 24 hours before the concert you'll miss. There is no exchange fee.
Subscriber Parking
If you order the optional subscriber parking, you will receive a parking permit with your tickets. Click here for a map and information about the Dane County Ramp, located on the corner of Fairchild and W. Main Streets. There are no elevators in this ramp. Please note: this is not Crescendo Club parking.

Support the Symphony!
Ticket sales cover less than half the cost of our high-quality programs. The MSO relies on financial contributions from many sources, including generous patrons like you. You can help keep the MSO and its programs financially strong by making a donation with your subscription order. Donations in any amount are gratefully accepted and are tax-deductible. Donor benefits at all giving levels are detailed here. Thank you!
